Contact governmental representative based on the event, supervise the floor during bulled-up, event and brake down, monitoring the layout of the building if there is any damage’s for final billing, closing the file for archives
Classifying library items, establish books borrowing tracing system, sending announcement of new arrived books to the library, writing formal letter and contact publishers to track what new in the market for special need children’s.
