Description: Management of the total supply chain in Beauty Care category with a primary objective to deliver the products required by end customers via efficiently spanning all movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from the starting point to point of consumption.
Volume handled per year: 23 million stat units distributed in the Arabian Peninsula, Pakistan, Levant and Near East, Northwest Africa and growing and developing countries.

Procter & Gamble - Dammam, KSA (Nov 2011 to March 2012)
Position held: Fabric and Home Care Supply Chain Planning & Initiatives Dept. Manager
Description: Managing the total supply chain-planning flow/organization in Laundry category and has top-level accountability for the service results (product availability), inventory (cash flow) results of the category beside delivering all initiatives and promotions. Also accountable on the Supply Chain improvements at the site, responsible for the development of the Site Operating Strategy and ensuring sufficient organizational capability and driving mastery across the planning organization. As an SIP department, we are accountable for procurement planning and supply, delivering production plans to operation, inventory reduction plans to increase cash flows, and customer service communication/satisfaction.
