• Prepares monthly financial reports submitted directly to the General Manager;
• Supervises Cash Management (including withdrawals, cash deposits and cash flow statements);
• Manages the planning and budgeting for every project in a 3 to 5-year period;
• Supervises Payroll and handles Bank Dealings;
• Keeps track of large scale and upcoming projects for tender / quotation costing preparations;
• Maintains records in Computerized Accounting Software “QuickBooks”;
• Reconciles bank statement, especially outstanding cheques;

• Petty Cash Reporting/Reimbursement, Petty Cash Register;
• Coordinated with Head Office for vendor’s payments and for other assignment;
• Directed work flow, supervised and trained accounting staff performing posting to general ledger, accounts receivable and payable accounts;
• Managed over 500 accounts receivables and payables accounts reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer;
• Maintained records control, filing and office supply purchasing and equipment maintenance;
• Developed several Excel spreadsheet macros currently in use for reducing entry time and automatically cross-referencing for errors;
