6) Internal backend support for retailers by deducting the amount from wrong subscriber and posting it to correct one.
7) Evaluating team calls, maintaining their roster, Productivity and adherence for their monthly score, making reversions of calls wrongly marked by Quality Assurance department.
8) Being a member of IRU recreational team, arranging trips and recreational activities for the team.
