• Provide administrative & office support to Principal/CEO and Senior Leader Team through conducting & organizing administrative duties.
• Perform all job duties in an efficient, processional and confidential manner.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
• As a translator convert information from English Language to Arabic language & vise versa.
• Facilitate oral communication between Arab families and western staff during school hours for parents/teacher conferences, IEP meetings, and other school functions.
• Translate school-home communications and system- wide documents from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English.
• Responsible for booking rooms for the school events and conferences and updating the operations team.
• Send weekly school newsletter to all parents

Filing applications
Follow-ups with applicants
Coordinating with the American and Italian embassies regarding latest laws and regulations
