Working as technical Support for tablet in “Jabriya and Maria Alqebtia secondary school”
Installing, configuring tablet software, create account for MOE students and teachers
Prepare reports, monthly maintainace reports, presentations and technical reports
Help teachers and students to use tablet and get benefit from electronic bag
Prepare educational cources and training for student and teachers to develp E-learning process
Prepare electronic exams and implement E-learning process
Connect teachers and student in class room using netsupport program to help teacher control student tablets and export individual report for every student

Monitor, modify, improve, update, add news, edit brands information, using content management system (CMS) program, corel draw and photoshop softwares .
Worked as IT-support member my duties was : Monitor and control users accounts and policies in active directory, install win server and prepare domain controller, , showrooms backup system, install new operating system ( windows 7, win 8, ...), format H/D, installing required softwares, fix problems in users computers in head office .
Assist in the development of the basic and advance the modular Training courses on Microsoft outlook to guide users in company also help in training related to IT dep.
