During last (5) years ago I'm Managing several projects at one time in Middle East/Qatar with Real Construction & Maintenance Development FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 Supreme Committee Project's in Qatar with the Best Landscape & Hospitality Companies in Qatar Such as Palmera, Urban landscape, lusail hospitality and Landworx ( IMAR Group )

1- Renovation of Hotels and Resorts (Sheraton Doha Hotel and Resort, Banana island Resort by anantara, Souq Waqif park, boutique hotels and apartments.

3- Palaces, maintenance Gardening of Royal Palaces at his highness the emirs palaces .

4- Ashghal Public Authority project, construction of Khalifa street, T.V Roundabout upgrade and loop area for Khalifa interchange (Contractor Boom Construction Company / Consultant Parsons international) the role to supply and installation of landscaping works by landworx Company.

5- Qatar Rail Project, project name Station Area Works - Phase (1) DECC ( Main Contractor Redco international WLL / Consultant Jacobs) The Role soft landscaping & irrigation works.

6- Ashghal Qatar, project Al Rayyan Al Jadeed Reinstatement works (Contractor Boom construction) the Role to carried out landscaping works .

7- Qatar Foundation, Project Qatar Academy /Al wakra (Contractor HBK Company / Consultant Erga Qatar)

8- Private Engineering Office, Al Sad Project the Role to maintenance of soft landscaping and irrigation at jawan street.

9- Main Objective always to create quality & healthy environment by landscape works, especially in landscape maintenance and irrigation systems

10- Amir is consider one of a few landscape Manager in the world who has the key to successful landscape gardens with high quality because He understanding the high standard specifications required for both of private and public landscape Projects to be above expectations of the client

I am fully in charge of the maintenance gardening more than 200000 m2 grass 5000 palms 20000 trees and shrubs 15000 flowers in the first stage only & I have been exposed to handle and solve all kind of problems especially during the early stages of the project under very difficult and challenging circumstances and working conditions.

A-Construction & Maintenance Procedures:
-Develop agriculture maintenance procedures and methods in accordance with Community policies and procedures.
-establish programs, work schedules and applications for use of fertilizer, insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides use and assign work schedules to team members.

B-Agriculture landscape Regular Maintenance:
-Administer maintenance through activities such as mulching, watering, and mowing.
-Monitor the use of fertilizers and pesticides and the implementation of irrigation procedures and methods to ensure alignment with set work plans and schedules.

C- Agriculture landscape Quality:
-Inspect landscape maintenance to ensure quality is compliant to standards, specifications, designs and objectives of the Community.
-Analyze and examine plants and soil to determine diseases and pests affecting landscape, and recommend plans and methods to treat plantation and avoid re-occurrences.

D- Agriculture Landscape Control:
-Prepare service estimates based on labor, material, and machine costs in accordance with budget. Handle tools, equipment, and materials inventories to ensure that sufficient supplies are available and items are in usable condition and in accordance with specifications.

E-Team Development:
Contribute to team planning and development including recruiting, training and developing staff capabilities to ensure that employees are equipped with the knowledge and capabilities to achieve the section’s objectives
