• Developed the Voyageur Upgrader Project’s Construction Execution Plans & Construction Management Plans
• Jointly developed the Voyageur Upgrader Project’s EPC Levels 2 & 3 integrated Construction Schedules and supervised the rolling down to Level 4 Execution Schedules.
