Provide technical Support for all student information system functions including but not limited to scheduling, grading, enrollment, attendance, & discipline. Manage user accounts, security setup and custom screens.
Responsible for the creation of all kinds of student related and school reports (Performance Report, Nationality Report, Subject Performance Reports, Attendance Audit Report etc in Tableau Software and Microsoft Excel Application) supporting the Principal with the ADEK Academic Reports required and final checks before the report cards being circulated to the parents.

Coordinating with Accounts department and Library department regarding the pending account payment and pending return of library books of students and tracking them.
Working closely with school nurse to ensure the allergy information is updated and proper alerts are setup on PowerSchool so the children can be easily identified by the teachers.
Working closely with the transportation department to ensure the bus routes, bus numbers and bus monitors details are updated on PowerSchool.
Work together with the Registrar and Admission Supervisor supporting admissions for the next academic year and ensuring all the pupil data are accurate and updated on PowerSchool.
Work together with Registrar in the updating student info and student performance in ESIS System of ADEK
Handles/Administers the Mass Email and Mass SMS service application.
Responsible for student information system maintenance including backup/restore, security, system implementation, software upgrades, system configuration, and data migration.
Conduct meetings with the clients/ vendors regarding new enhancements or new features
Providing exceptional quality training services, including initial, advanced and consultative events
Gathering of information after training session and collection of feedback in order to analyze the issues and find immediate resolutions to the problems faced.
Collaborate with software/system personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, and acceptance testing methods in the Test Server
