Responsibilities and Duties:
• Scheduling and routing product deliveries.
• Making sure trucks are not overloaded and that all loads fall within standard weight limits for each vehicle.
• Assessing job site delivery requirements and assigning appropriate delivery vehicles.
• Resolving all vehicle safety issues by routing vehicles to the appropriate service facilities for needed repairs.
• Keeping customers informed of delivery status.
• Ensuring that all federal road procedures are followed.
• Coordinating fleet maintenance and ensuring all repairs are completed properly.
• Scheduling new equipment training for drivers and ensuring they are fully certified to operate the equipment
• Responsible for the daily follow up with the local suppliers on deliveries as per purchase orders terms and conduct pre-delivery inspection. Recommend and evaluates local suppliers' sources overall performance in terms of product quality and timely delivery.
• Manage the database of local suppliers with information on their commodities, company data and past experience and performance with UNICEF. Ensure up-to-date information in the suppliers’ database.
• Organize and follow the delivery
• Keep the “order reporting” up to date
• Archive all orders and purchasing documents ((order forms / purchase orders properly approved, keep inquirers informed on the advancement of orders).
General Responsibility:
▪ Ensure that all HR documentation kept in personal files (paper and electronic) is maintained and archived in a consistent manner in line with minimum standards and data protection regulations.
▪ Coordinate the collection of absence, leave statistic, sickness reports and information in order to ensure that staff files are up to date.
▪ Assist with maintaining and updating the computerized HR systems (electronic records management system ERMS ).
▪ Oversee the maintenance of the manual human resources filing system for National and Global staff in Jordan Office & Regional Office.
▪ Assist HR Team in Recruitment, Arrange interviews, and attend to the office visitors and external communication in a professional manner.
▪ Assist the HR department in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.

General Responsibility :
Coordinate the implementation of food and NFIs activities throughout accordance with WFP & IRW guidelines and program objectives;
Ensure coordination with distribution and voucher system actors, including implementing partners;
Coordinate and manage the distribution and voucher team
Prepare and update distribution plans;
Ensure a transparent, accountable and timely distribution to beneficiaries on site and/or through door-to-door visits;
Organize and lead the post distribution monitoring activities in close collaboration with the Protection Officer;
Coordinate the timely implementation of food voucher system
Organize and lead assessments and write reports;
Conduct post distribution monitoring, shops monitoring, update market analysis as needed;
Regularly consult with beneficiaries through direct interviews and survey;
Maintain and improve relationship with food vouchers actors;
Assess feasibility and modality of NFIs and lead its implementation
Organize and ensure a timely, proper written weekly reporting and report daily if needed on problems faced.
Supervise: 5 Drivers and 10 laborers
General Responsibility:
Prepare Materials for truck.
Organize and plan the drivers tasks.
Monitor and updates car use.
Ensure the warehouse is properly maintained and clean.
Control access to warehouse and ensure that premises are secure and safe.
Ensure proper temperature and humidity conditions for storing Materials at the warehouse.
Receive, store and release Materials from the warehouse.
Checking quality, quantity and condition of Materials delivered to warehouse, producing relevant Materials Delivery Note.
Work with casual laborers in the warehouse for timely and safe loading and unloading of Materials.
Observe correct stacking and turnover (FIFO) procedures.
Provide accurate and up-to-date records of the store contents digitally & physically to Warehouse Manager for monthly inventory reports.
Scheduling incoming & outgoing deliveries.
