STORE MANAGER


•Managing the Brand concept store, responsible for driving store efficiency, exceeding store sales and KPI targets
•Manage/allocate all resources within the store to provide customers with a leading shopping experience

BOUTIQUE MANAGER

•Overall responsibility for Boutique sales, profit, stock loss and expenses
•To work with marketing in preparation and implementation of promotional activity.

•Follow up result, compare them with the set target and take necessary action to make sure that the set target are reached

•Coordinate with the Brand Manager and Supplier for the launching of new brand, allocating space it the shop for the brand display and providing product knowledge to the staff
•Evaluating local market competition and analyzing pricing strategies
•Keep Management informed of market updates, competition, new brands, etc
•Monitor and ensure effective control of the exchange, upgrade process, and credit sale


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

•Discovering and exploring new opportunities
•Develops and improve products and services
•Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
•Set sales target and define strategy to achieve this target
•Responsible for my own lead generation and appointment setting
•Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and further documentation

•Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Integrating contract requirements with business operations

OPERATIONS

•Oversee the daily operations and sales of large distribution facility

•Distributed daily workload to ensure all departments complete work on time
•Ensure the delivery of customer service excellence
•Work with Purchasing Department and Receivable Department
•Manage vendor relations to ensure the cost-effective purchase of warehouse supplies
•Schedule safety, warehouse and sales meetings
•Implementing company policies and procedure in order to get clear ISO audit report

•Successfully open and start exclusive boutique and Kiosk of Jawaher Al Sharq
•Opened Factory outlet and brand concept store of Adidas in Fujairah
