 Maintain Inventory in orderly manner as per the inventory (Receive shipment, Mark & label goods with the identifying codes and keep the materials in their specific place, Check material deliveries against Purchases Order).
 Maintain Bin Card and issue record for each item available at site stores.
 Issue GRN against every shipment receipt and update accounts department to book the cost accordingly.
 Notify and return any damaged items immediately after receipt.
 Issue Monthly Stock/ Inventory balance report on monthly basis.
 Implement company’s procedures applicable for preservation and storage of materials.
 Issue Material as per Store Requisition & update issuance of the material.
 Perform special tasks as per Manager’s instructions.
 Receiving, verifying regular in/out delivery notes.
 Monitoring the regular pending LPOs for Vendors and Customers to receive and to send.
 Dispatch the goods according to Local Purchase Order received from customers.
 Making delivery notes of the goods sent to customer to proceed to invoice by account department.
 Follow FIFO system for the expiry goods to make sure to dispatch before they expire.
 Handled store activities independently follow up with purchase, account department as well as with the suppliers for material supply.
 Submit reports of non-moving/slow-moving/fast- moving materials.
 Ensure the storage area is accessible.
 Receive the materials from vendors as per the purchase order provided from us and if necessary, prepare IMEI (Incoming Materials/Equipment Inspection) and send it to QC department and issuing all project material and arranging equipment for project works.
 Handling site account for local cash purchase (Petty Cash).

My area of expertise includes executing over all inventories and requisition through site software modules EIP (Enterprise Information Portal).
 Maintaining the Material Receipts, Issues. Responsible of receiving and outgoing materials like: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil materials. Checking of materials packing list. Inventory report and daily report. Make report for LOSD (Lost, Over, Shortage, Damages).
 Monitoring chemical storage area and following chemicals procedures as per the company’s procedures.
 Maintaining all TBM machine spare parts accurately and chemicals like Foam, Grease, SIKA, and Gaskets.
 Checking date of expiry, and consume the materials before they expire.
