• Plan production for the shift

• Monitoring scrap rates and achieve “Zero rejection” Target

As In-process Quality Engineer,
• Manning inspectors for the shift as per skill set of the
inspectors
• Monitoring scrap rates and coordinating with Production
personnel
• Monitoring yields of production
• Training and certification of operators in case of
unacceptable rejection


As Incoming Quality Engineer,
• Manning inspectors for the shift as per skill set of the
inspectors
• Maintaining and updating approved vendor list.

• Assessing Vendors for Ship to Stock.
• Imparting Training incase new product being developed.
• Co-ordination with purchase & online Engineers with
regards to incoming materials.
