 Working closely with FM, fully responsible for all accounting, controlling, reporting banking and financial administration activities.
 Preparation of cash flow statement in weekly, monthly basis, making payment plan for the long outstanding suppliers
 Managing extensive banking transactions, raising short term and long term loans
 Managing banking arrangements to keep transactional costs at minimum level
 Analyze funding requirements and formulate funding strategy
 Supervising the recovery of outstanding from customers
 Checking and Preparing payments to suppliers, employees etc and ensure timely payments
 Handle all fixed assets related work - addition disposal and depreciation
 Monitor and maintain all payroll general ledger accounts for the company payroll system. Performs reconciliation and analytical reviews. Prepare accounts analysis.
 Responsible for monthly/annual management accounts and reports
 Generating the outstanding report periodically and reporting to the superiors
 Monitoring and maintaining books of records of clients’ on assignment basis, which included preparation of final accounts, maintenance of ledger, cashbooks, debtors & creditors ledgers
 Over 5 years of experience in ERP and related other accounting Software’s
