contracts with an annual P&L contribution of more than € 1, 5 M; focal point in renegotiation of Italian Copyright Contract:
Supervision and accounting reconciliations and Financial statement making of.
 Copyright: Successfully conducted th e l ast 5 renegotiations of the contract between Italian Music Producers
and Copyright Company (SIAE), driving an average annual saving for the whole Music Industry of € 1 M
 Royalty: Review initial deal memo submissions; Assist to prepare and finalize budgets; Prepare and analyse
profit and loss statements; Manage royalties collected and distribute on to artists and licensors; Assist in resolution
of Business Affairs/Legal issues/problems, conduct any royalty audit
 Accounting: Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure data (necessary internally for business
operations and externally for all third parties interested) are accurate and reliable; Monthly account reconciliation
process; Draft statutory Financials and in general internal and external financial reporting (SAP suite).
 Workforce: Restructured the royalty workforce, changing duties and process, reducing staff from 15 to 5 FTE.
