Shutdown Planning Engineer-Independently looking after all T&I planning activities of Refinery Units- Distillation Units, FCCU, Hydro Cracker and Lube Base Oil Plant, Sulphur Recovery Units
P&ID, PFD’s, 3D models - Review and suggest changes.
Engineering issues- Acknowledge and resolve in co-ordination with project.
Budget preparation- for power consumption, Lube oil Consumption.
Asset Hierarchy and Equipment tagging in SAP, BOM review
Preparation of maintenance strategy and work flow pattern in SAP.
Preparation and finalization of Maintenance Contractor scope for routine maintenance of refinery units.
Participate in weekly project progress meetings
Working experience in Paraxylene, Sulphur, Hydrotreater & Captive Power plants.
Rotating Equipment- Hands on experience of maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps, Gas turbines, reciprocating compressors (air), Fan and drive turbines.
Static equipments -Hands on experience of maintenance of Shell and tube exchangers, Boilers, column, vessels, reactor, furnace and all type of valves and piping.
Day to day maintenance- Conduct and participate in daily planning meeting work request receipt and its approval, planning, scheduling and allocation of resources to execute the job,
Management of Change Orders-MOC-Project feasibility to procurement, erection, commissioning, of minor projects in Paraxylene & CPP.
Contracts- Monitoring and execution of contractual services from PR creation-to Payment.
Annual shutdown/turn around- Planned and executed major shutdown/turn around (more than 10 nos.) in following plants-
a) Paraxylene - CMI i/o line tapings, exchanger cleaning and hydro test
b) CDU-Vacuum transfer line replacement, crude column packing repl.
c) Hydrotreater- Catalyst replacement, heater cleaning
d) FCC- Reactor refractory replacement.
e) Power plant-Boilers- Annual inspection and RLA, burner modification, GT- CI, HGP and MI
MS Project & primavera-Hands on experience of preparing level -3 shutdown plan, CPM & PERT Analysis,
PM&CM schedule, KPI’s- Preparation and implementation of plant wide PM and CM schedule, ensure its compliance. Cost, performance, reliability KPI monitoring and tracking.
MIS reports- Shutdown progress reports, equipment failure reports, daily and monthly maintenance reports.
Annual Budget preparation based on past consumption and next year major shutdown plans.
Equipment Spare & BOM: Spare master spec updation, codification of new spares
SAP PM & MM module- Work order, notification execution and data entry
Coordination: With Inspection, Workshop, Purchase & Stores and Central Maintenance Department
Maintenance of pumps, motors, air compressors, HVAC
Preventive maintenance schedule implementation
