•Initiates and leads the preparation and maintenance of manpower recruitment plans. Ensures that the Company’s manpower recruitment plans are kept up-to-date. Reviews and endorses that manpower requisitions are within the approved manpower establishment. Carries out special studies related to manpower or Engineering as and when required.
•Determines the sources of recruitment candidates to be used. Supports the recruitment/ selection process of candidates from various sources to meet the manpower recruitment plans. Determines starting salaries ensures quality induction of recruited employees into the Company and completes all related administrative requirements.
•Keep track of competition and support the marketing function.

* Make the Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) design, and follow up the performance since installation till failed ad pulled.
* Collect and analysis ES pump problems make ESP data base
* Pump teardown, installation and pulling witnessing
* Conduct ESP failure analysis and prepare the proper remedy required
* Evaluate well performance for potential additional work as perforation / reperforation and stimulation, scale treatments. Etc.
