 Was part of Morgan Stanley Metals & Mining equity research team based out of London. The team was relatively new and was slowly scaling up in coverage and ranking. Worked as an associate for Menno Sanderse and primarily responsible for covering large cap natural diversified names such as Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, Glencore Xstrata, Vedanta Resources and Anglo American. Overall team has 24 stocks in coverage.
 Worked on the re-initiation of Vedanta Resources plc, metals and mining diversified company listed in London with significant assets in India. Responsible for building model (Cairn India, Hindustan Zinc and Vedanta Aluminium) and company and industry research.
 Regular interaction with Vedanta IR and my analyst covering Vedanta’s Indian listed subsidiary Sesa Sterlite and Cairn India.
 Handled ownership of a weekly and a quarterly sector report with the Global and China commodities team.

 Initiated Alba and Saudi Pharma sector. Responsible for end to end research, modeling and end to end writing(> 95% contribution). Sample can be provided on request.

 Developed a launch plan for a Saudi Arabian client undergoing partnership with an Indian IT -training company. This involved developing a detail financial model to analyze IRR under different scenarios, market feasibility study and negotiating key terms of master agreement.
 Advised a Dubai PE on a Morocco based poultry farm transaction worth $24million. The financial model for this leveraged buyout included all aspects including NPV analysis, scenario IRR analysis and integrating the projections with broiler growth cycle.

 Advised a Dubai based diversified holding company in investing and setting up a green building company.
