1. Lead the Emiratization and Management Trainee Programs and be the point of contact for all recruitment support to business by liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best talent are recruited in the most effective manner
2. Analyze the process and performance by conducting orientations, schedule rotations and assignments as planned and prepare relevant reports and presentation with recommendation to ensure the effective process and appropriate communication is established with relevant internal and external stakeholders
3. Forecast, Design, Implement & Evaluate the action plan on recruitment of UAE National and enforce the recommend procedures and regulation in a timely manner by making relevant process alignment and establishing process change communication with stakeholders to ensure business continuity and process alignment
4. Lead the UAE National Development Team and support them to organize the Assessment Centers & Psychometric tests for the prospective candidates by working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure only best fit candidates are hired
5. Conduct researches & analysis regarding various events that can serve for the UAE National Development purposes (career fairs, university open days etc.) By ensuring effective collaboration are established to increases the client satisfaction and results.
6. Manage the performance of UAE National by conducting appropriate assessment reviews & recommend suitable training courses for them including updating them in the UAE National Development systems to ensure developmental opportunities provided for nationals are effective and are best in class
Business Development
7. Supervise and lead the Employee Services team by providing the needed support to warrant timely completion of tasks assigned to ensure support to the business is consistent and effective
8. Being responsible of the delivery of the Employee Services’ services, which includes, but not limited to, employee benefits, HRMS, Business Trip, etc.
Operations Management
1. Being responsible to design/enhance the Employee Services policies, procedures and related tools and systems
2. Conduct researches focused on improving the stakeholders’ satisfaction and service delivers and implement those enhancements effectively to increase the satisfaction and productivity of the department
Governance and Process Management
1. Being responsible for the department budgeting and costing monitoring
Organizational Management
1. Build sustainable working relationship with internal and external stakeholders by creating professional relationship to ensure process alignment and business
Pension process and procedures
1- Registration of active employees in the Pension Plan
2- Pension End of Service for the leavers
3- Monitor and enhance the Pension Process
4- Arrange for Pension Awareness sessions
5- Attend to the Employees’ inquiries
Employee Service Operation:
1- Process the employees benefits (Education, Air ticket, leaves and Medical Insurance)
2- Attend to the employees requirements (Letters, business trips and business cards)
3- Create the employee profile for the new joiners
4- Review the final settlement documents for the leavers
Monthly Department Report (MDR):
1- Prepare the Monthly Department Report, which includes the number of headcount segregated by
Nationality, Grade, Division and Department
Service Leave Agreement Report (SLA):
1- Prepare the Monthly Service Leave Agreement Report which contain the number of services provided to the other department segregated by the type of service provided
Contract and Agreements:
1- Reviewing contracts and agreements related to Medical Insurance & Travel Agency to ensure that the providers provide the required scoop of services
Monitoring and Testing Program:
1- Develop, enhance, coordinate and maintain an effective monitoring and testing program applicable to MetLife.
2- Identify/investigate unusual trends or activity that can be indicative of potential compliance risks.
3- Test to ensure key controls, policies and procedures are being followed.
4- Develop recommendations for corrective actions based on review findings and monitoring and testing program.
5- Follow up on corrective actions.
Implementation of New Policies and Procedures:
1- Assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures or, as appropriate, the update of existing policies and procedures.
SAR Reporting:
1- Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports in compliance with established regulatory guidelines and time frames
Contract and Agreements:
1- Reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure that the risk assessment is accurate and ensure that the right Compliance provisions are included
Organizing events held by Commercial Affairs Department
Organizing Team work meetings
Following-up with external Business Groups requirements
Creating process flow charts
Typing official Letters
Sending and replying to emails
Attending calls
