Presently I responsible for Purchasing, Store & Supply Chain, Fixed Assets, Inventory, I handle the above responsibilities and reporting to the Manager for an effective team player and contribute to the timely delivery of material, Maintain compliance with company policies in the area assigned, proactively seeking to solve issues faced and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the company records to supporting documentation.
I was working in International Local Purchase Department and i deal the all purchase matter from Purchase Request to the Delivery of matter in the store of our company, and maintain the all record files of purchase department
I handle / maintain independently fee record of the students, bank matters of my related section and purchase cases also
In this compnay i deal with staff matter like as Promotion, Transfer & Posting, Welfare case and Purchaase cases also
I worked different sections of this deparment like as accounts, administration, store, receiption, cash counter and purchase sections.
I also deal with hospital pannel companies and insurance cases.
