UnionMatex was a German based company, which engaged in the full implementation of a Textile Plant. All the consultants and professional workers were German. My specific duties and responsibilities are:
1. Leading, organizing, and controlling all the kitchen and its staff.

I served the chicken specific restaurant as chief cooker. I used to prepare from first course up to dessert. For example, chicken based starters such as chicken soup, chicken salad, and chicken main dishes (roasted chicken, stir fried chicken, grilled chicken breast, etc).
I used to prepare a professional Chinese Dishes that includes but not limited to Stir Fried Dishes, Pasta Dishes, Chicken Dishes, Fish Dishes, Beef Dishes, Vegetable Dishes, Soup Dishes, Starter, Sweet Dishes, and others.
