Scope of Work:
• Provide necessary supervision to all of the personal clerks and secretaries with the personal assistants.
• Apply various methods for personnel workers assessment practices.
• Supply vital counseling to the staffs in some of the essential topics such as maternity leave and employment condition etc.
• Take necessary steps for staff recruiting as well as their training procedure.
• Communicate the company policies to employees
• Managing conflicts and issues of employees
• Assisted the recruiting team with hiring procedures, conducting interviews and screening and selection of candidates
• Managing overall human resources functions that includes policies, procedures and services of the whole company
• Allocation of human resources as required by the company
• Ensuring management and employee communication for employee satisfaction
• Ensuring and providing safety and welfare to employees
• Organizing recreation programs and activities to build employee relations
• Maintaining various reports and records of employees, training programs, appraisal reports and others
