• Teller Duties:
o Cash Deposit/withdrawal from Customers accounts
o Wire Transfer money locally and internationally
o Convert Currency
o Input the salary slips from companies into the system
o Deposit Cash amount from Cheques into system
o Audit the reports of all the tellers at the end of every working day.
• Customer Service Job duties:
o Contact Customers regarding new/old cards
o Contact Customers regarding loans and their instalments
o Deal with local and international cash transfers
• General Duties:
o Archiving all documents and then fill them in their respective locations
o Submit Cheque books to companies
o Clearing Cheques from all the local banks in Jordan
o Archiving post-dated Cheques
• Gather information regarding the company’s competitors
• Ascertain new niches in the company’s field of operation.
