• Manage receiving, picking, and shipping of 120 orders per day.
• Manage and coordinate with transportation Dept. to plan loading

• Manage and coordinate inventory levels with purchasing department.
• Recruiting and training of staff;
• Monitoring the performance and progress of staff;
• Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met;
• Communicating with other departments;
• Overseeing stock control and processing orders.
• Ensuring quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met;
• Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems;
• Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email, fax and telephone;
