 Look after 350 Ton AMS of company’s business.
 Managing channel wise strategies.
 Managing team of 1 TSO 4 DSR's, 2 BDO's, 2 Merchandiser, 4 Salesman and 1 Distributor to get desired results.
 Involve in planning, development and forecasting of Wholesale market trends.
 Ensuring Company standards in outlets.
 Negotiating composite annual/product deals with regard to shelf space, merchandising, POS material, in-store events, promotions, demonstrations and sampling.
 Analyzing opportunities and building greater result orientation.
 Monitoring competition activities in the market & developing plans to maintain leadership of products as well as defuse competition impact.
 Coordinating regularly with customers to assess progress and reflect on new opportunities and development requirements for products.
 Meeting Wholesale and Retail customers for the improvement in sales.
 Ensuring ROI to distributors.
 Ensuring company's primary as well as secondary targets.
 Ensure Dalda foods product availability in Rawalpindi.
 Business expansion in existing market.
 Execution of trade marketing initiatives.
 Ensure effective spend of trade budgets to maximize sales.
 Preparation, maintenance & servicing of distribution routes to maximize productivity, drop size & profitability of the business.
 Keen market intelligence & timely reporting for further action.
 Sending Order to region
 Maintaining files day by day

 Checking ledger for Claims Reversal Payments Invoices
 Deposit Payment into Bank
 Garneting Claims
 Daily cheeked reports
 Making Invoices, Load Foam, Sales Pass, Data Entry, Emailing, Composing
 Update daily day book cash book
 Profit loss report, stock reports
 Working on Ms Excel and company software
