Dawiyat is a telecom subsidiary of Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) tasked with commercializing the exiting optical fiber infrastructure (40, 000 KM all over Saudi Arabia) as Telecom service provider. Acting on behalf of the CEO,
- Oversaw the due diligence exercise on existing Fiber assets of SEC’s infrastructure.
- Identified opportunities and target markets based on Optical Fiber coverage.
- Formulated Data Centers and Cloud Computing business cases and growth plans.
- Managed technology OpEx / CaPex.
- Guided technical vendors and supplier’s evaluation and selection.
- Secured 15-year IRU contact with Zain KSA for 5, 000 km of Dark Fiber.

Reporting to Regional Executive VP, and leading North Africa Sales and Delivery professional services Business Unit in charge of 23 countries and 56 accounts with multi-million USD P&L responsibility.
