Heading the Global Product Development teams for Shop and Ship service.
Growing the Shop and Ship service globally. Resulting in year over year growth of 20% in number of shipments
and 40% in number of yearly subscribers.

Managed all Samsung’s Digital Appliances in Levant countries and Iraq, by selecting product lineup and setting
selling rate in each country. Introduced new side by side refrigerators into the Levant market.
Analyzed market data, competition, trends and sales figures to provided strategic action plans to increase
market share and achieve revenue growth.
Managed the profitability of each product category, quarterly and yearly targets (sales and profit).
Set sales forecast through regular meetings with distributors to discuss/build monthly, quarterly plans by
selecting product line-up, prices and offers for each country. Launched a first time 35% discount on refrigerators
in 2018, resulting in selling all promotional quantity.
Led two cross departmental KPIs improvement teams. By carrying out analysis of production processes,
gathering best operational practices from other affiliates, and setting improvement actions, a 2% overall
improvement on operational KPIs was made.
Prepared Operations Budget with coordination with all operations functions.
Conducted a long-term production plan, based on the factory capacity, manpower, required volumes and
targeted days of inventory, resulting in a production plan for the upcoming three years.
Created internal KPI audit Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to audit operational KPI results and verify
calculation process.
Conducted market, and industry trend analysis to select potential shipping origins, analysed ecommerce
business availability, international shipping methods, and clearance procedures. Launched the shop and ship
service in over 10 stations.
Acted as a bridge between management team and technical teams. Presented to the management
recommendations of business opportunities, such as dangerous goods shipping, coordinated between different
technical teams to accomplish desired outcomes. Resulting in achieving business goals and smooth running of
operations and the introduction of new services for shop and ship customers.
Analysed the operational cycle of shop and ship packages, through studying historical data (data analysis), and
liaised with the IT department to develop automated IT solutions to reduce lead time.
Trained and supported over 50 stations internationally in using newly developed internal software systems, by
creating online step-by-step tutorials. Led and improved the overall process based on the daily reports of
failures provided by the team of assigned system owners for each station
