• Seeing to it that the presenters’ hair and make-up are done correctly and touched up when necessary.
• In-charge doing daily hair & make-up for news presenters’
• Hiding blemishes, or making the presenters’ look beautiful
• Communicating with the producer/director
• Understanding the color and skin tone of the presenters’
• Taking into consideration the shape, bone structure and shape of the presenters’
• Ensures presenters have suitable make-up & hairstyles before they appear in front of cameras or an audience
• Provides customers full attention, service and satisfaction
• Takes, prepares and executes customer orders to Zest standards
• Serves customers efficiently with the company's standard of quality, sanitation and consistency in mind at all times
• Handles cash and maintains accurate draws & deposit; follows internal cash handling policy
• Builds and maintain store security & a safe working environment for employees & customers
• One-to-one personal sessions, interpreting the clients requirements and then carrying makeovers
• Give demonstrations, advice customers on how to wear makeup and provide special make-up services.
• Analyzing a clients face before applying make-up
• Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations like employee training, merchandising, stock reordering
• Do make-up for weddings, debuts, beauty pageants, photo shoots and other special events
• Dealt with walk-in clients, recommend appropriate link to promote cross selling and increase overall sales
• Follow up with regular customers to follow up on requirements and promote repeat sales
• Prioritize increase sale and revenue
• Implement new techniques of make-up as per the attended training courses conducted by appropriate suppliers on makeup and skincare
