Based in Sochi, Krasnaya Polyana-Russia as Head of Project Management for the 662, 030 sqm. design and project management of Sochi 2014 Olympic Games Village for a total number of 41 Buildings; 33 Hotels (12 nos of stared Hotels, 21 nos of Apart Hotels), 1 Shopping Mall, 1 Media Centre, 2 Spa Buildings, 14 nos of A+ Villas, 8 nos of Residential Buildings, various car parks, technical buildings and facilities etc. in Krasnaya Polyana.
Fully authorised & responsible for both Design Management, Project Management and Construction Support of entire project and company’s all management issues including administration, HR, staffing, finance, business development, day-to-day projects related issues etc. including interface management with the main contractor (TransKomStroy), the client (Krasnaya Polyana) and various hotel operating companies (Marriott Group, Swiss Group, Capella Group).
