based on the Manpower Requisition from concerned departments.
Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews.
Arranging and coordinating with the concerned department head for
technical interview (Online / Face to face).
Communicating the employment status to the shortlisted candidates.
Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Offer Letter Preparations.
Visa Processing of Selected Candidates.
Induction and On-boarding of new joiners.
Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
Probationary Assessment of New Recruits.
Visa Stamping of New Recruits in Coordination with Admin Dept.
Performance Appraisal.
Maintaining salary records.
Grievances handling.
Conducting HR Cell at Labor Camps.
Taking Health Card for Employees.
Passport Renewal for Employees.
Maintaining Time Card for Labor and Trade Category Employees.
Leave and Cancellation Processes.
Coordinating all Training and Development Process of Employees.
Coordinating with Insurance Agencies for getting WCI for Employees, New CAR
Policy, Plant & Machinery Policy, and Third Party Liability Insurance for New
Awarded Projects and Renewal & Extension for Ongoing Projects.
