Leading the HR services transformation project of Kafalah. Handling the operational HR functions such as; payroll, end of services, employees services.. etc
Responsible about Riyadh division (3000 employees) by providing the support to the HR Business Partners with a range of tasks relating to the employee relations by advising & direct them. Also responsible about conducting the investigations and apply the policy accordingly and involved in people engagement & satisfaction activities, special events & social communication and exit interview meeting.
Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Capital services for the total of 250 employees and insure it meets the organization's business goals.

7- Final settlement.
Lead the Shopping Experience team members (10 members) and ensure both the team and our customers are well supported, I was mainly responsible about the daily functions of the IKEA store including selling, coaching, merchandising, and inventory control and insure they are well prepared before the opening hours of the store to create an energetic, positive experience for customers. Also, I was responsible about analyzing the customer's feedback and present it in a weekly reports
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1-Supervise and drive production personnel in administrative and technical matters. 2-Hands-on in solving workmanship-related quality issues. 3-Participate in manpower scheduling to achieve demand with optimum manpower utilization. 4-Secure production operation at all times especially conforming to quality and technical regulations. 5-Coordinate to other division or support groups concerning Quality and Productivity issues encountered in the assembly lines. 6-Attend in all Productivity improvement activities. 7-Continuously participate in Production Waste Elimination to help with the company’s campaign for LEAN Manufacturing. 8-Generate weekly & monthly reports to keep my team updated with our production performance in terms of quality and productivity.
