Project manager on the “Boulevard de France” extension project (3, 5km of urban motorway construction) in Abidjan.
Main responsibilities:
Leading project management bids from initial enquiry to award
Leading and supporting the management, commercial and design teams in delivering the project.
Management and Contract Administration of the project.
Review of project performance, ownership of the full budgetary costs, margins and cash flow of the project.
Implementation of cost control systems within the full scope of project activities.

Contractual and administrative management
Assuring the liaison and relations with the client and the control team
Surveillance and respect of budgets, planning and technical specifications
Organization and coordination of all control activities on the site, in partnership with the teams of the client, the entrepreneur all other intervenient of the project
Coordination of all subcontractors who participate in the project, defining roles, responsibilities and resources allocation to comply with contractual delays, quality standards and budget
Responsible for elaboration and enforcement of quality and security policies
General steerage of the project in coordination with the client
Production director on the Bata-Ayak’n’Tang highway project in Equatorial Guinea (84km of highway, 2x2 lanes in Spanish norms)
Main responsibilities:
Design and conception of the project planning
Coordination, management and monitoring of teams and equipments on the site
Proposals for placement and physical implementation of work force and equipments for each work zone
Proposal of synoptic, schematics, quantitative and schedule related to earthworks, concrete works, quarry and asphalt plants
Monitoring of the site progress
Management and control of approved plans, projects and bills of quantities
Evaluation of staff, equipment and materials according to the allocated budgets
Monitoring of sub-contractors (contract, promotion, billing, etc.)

Project manager on the Loudima-Sibiti road rehabilitation project (90km of national road rehabilitation, comprising 2 bridges of 20m et 140m long and 20km of concrete drainage systems rebuilding)
Main responsibilities:
Project coordination on different levels (production, administrative, earthworks, quarry, asphalt laying works and concrete works)
Conception, analysis and control of technical parameters and plans of the road and drainage systems
Permanent liaison with the client on all technical aspects of the work.
Production director on the Ewo-Boundji national road construction project (80km of national paved road construction comprising 3 concrete bridges 40m long each as well as 40km of urban drainage concrete systems building).

Control, monitoring and evaluation of subcontractors
Technical supervision of plans and designs of the project

Technical manager of the Lisbon urban railway maintenance unit. Responsible for the track superstructure division.
Main responsibilities:
Assure the performance and compliance of scheduled maintenance operations
Assure quality indicators to achieve the level of track standards contractually demanded by the national railway authority
Organization and management of systematic maintenance tasks
Elaboration of daily production reports
Elaboration of monthly quality assurance rapports
Coordination with local railway railway authority of track closing periods for scheduling of activities
Planification of interventions to allow correct mobilization of equipments to specific work sections
