•Responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals for enquiries and Tenders which constitute all aspects of design, cost estimation and preparation of lay out for Reverse Osmosis plants, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Ultra Filtration Systems and Treatment Packages for Petrochemical Fields.
•Providing design calculations for new plants as well as revamping of existing designs as per client requirements and environmental factors.
•Providing clarifications to Tender queries and supplementing them with all the related documents as and when needed.
Responsible for designing and preparation of techno-commercial proposals which constitute all aspects of design, cost estimation and preparation of lay out for Reverse Osmosis and STP plants.
• Close interaction with sales team in order to understand customer specifications, thereby
being able to prepare timely and cost effective proposals as per client requirements.
• Preparation of proposals for water filtration systems, chemicals & consumables, spares
and specialty chemicals.
• Managing complete MIS system of the company which involves keeping track of every
quotation submitted, job orders received and updating sales performance of sales team.
• Sales of specialty chemicals for water treatment.
• Preparation of monthly sales report.
• Interaction with logistics department to update them on jobs under process, thereby
assisting them in timely delivery of materials and plants and final closing of jobs.
• Procurement of materials from new suppliers
Worked on generating new leads and closing orders by maintaining constant client
interactions (Al Gurg Consultants, Fujseng Constructions, GECO Electromechanical,
Dabur International, SUN Engineering, Al Rawabi, CANAR Contracting )
• Worked with existing clients to cater their upcoming requirements & ongoing projects.
• Prepare proposals, coordinate with process engineers & back office operators to execute
works.
• Keeps the senior management aware of the retention of customers and the acquisition of
new customers and their details along with information on bringing prospects so as to
help the senior management take timely business decisions.
• Preparing techno-commercial proposals for various kinds of waste water treatment plants
including Sewage (MBBR system), Grey water and Laundry &Vehicle wash water.
• Sales and marketing for waste water plants for industrial, green building requirements and
sustainable products (like water savers, light pipes, tensile structures etc.)
• Preparing techno-commercial proposals for RO plants.
• Preparing proposals on various water treatment plants from capacities up to 4, 000CMD.
• Tender documentation and bidding.
• Preparing AutoCAD layouts for piping & instrumentation layout.
• Undergone Primavera P6 training for Project Planning and Control.
