Oversee the preparation of kitchen equipment for use.
Manage the receipt and storage of kitchen goods.
Oversee the removal of waste.
Oversee the handling of kitchen linen.
Control and analyze costs, breakage, quality of support provided to other section, condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
Handling administrative work and keep updates the files.

Complies with all the policies, procedure, standards and objectives set forth by the stewarding manager.
Responsible to assist the Stewarding Manager in managing the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost center by maintaining an organized and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.
Tertiary: • Graduate in Bulacan, Merchant, Marine, Academy (BMMA) College Degree o Majoring (SC) Seafarers Course at Balagtas, Bulacan, Phils. (2002-2003)
