I- Installing and troubleshooting the new Switches needed for expanding the network. Helping Central teams to identify and allow the traffic towards the sites needed to be accessed with Network Monitor.
- Avaya IP phone setup; troubleshooting all Office and Windows releases.
- IT Helpdesk team offers on-site and remote support for company employees covering : AD user account management, desktops / laptops / iplc / printers setup, OS and apps installation, configuration and troubleshooting, L0 / L1 network and servers monitoring and on-site support for offshore teams .
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Working with offshore server, network, email, and it security teams if the problem is more serious
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment(if possible)
Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.
Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.
Communicating needs and objectives to managers and key personnel in procurement, logistics and

Job description:
Provision of technical support by phone and email customer service:
- Answering telephone calls and e-mails in order to solve technical problems in using applications & services;
- Analyzing reported incidents and telephone technical support, remote and e-mail address them;
- Maintaining contact with the client to close the case for support;
- Providing technical advice by phone, remote or by e-mail to resolve hardware and software problems reported by the customer;
- Diagnosing incidents and escalation of issues to other departments involved;
- Pursuit of resolving incidents;
- Documenting incidents encountered.
