Responsibilities :
• Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of The Quality System

• Excellent Knowledge in raw sugar processing and refining sugar
• Good knowledge of raw sugar analysis, refined sugar and sugar syrup and molasses

• Ensure that all tests are conducted in the correct simulated laboratory controlled conditions and compile quality status reports to the management.
• Carrying out day to day analysis and checking of shift work done and other duties assigned by the Quality Control Manager.
• Calibration devices and preparing important testing chemicals for different analysis, and preparing different reports asked from the Quality Control Manager.
• Co-operate and communicate with other locations and departments during the shift to ensure the best quality of the final product
