Build and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs
are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and HR standards; ensure procedures
are fully understood and implemented in all departments.
Provide coaching to employees and management; articulate and present HR concepts and

Responsible for driving the SSH Nationalization agenda and all aspects related to Nationals Employee life-cycle in all SSH Markets. Also responsible for Senior Onboarding & Talent Management, Internal Communications & Employee Engagement, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Managing all (Premium Hires) Onboarding process for all Alshaya divisions in all regions from concept to completion in accordance with Company Policy and agreed parameters.
Closely liaise with key stakeholders and work on the implementation, operational management and delivery of the policies, procedures and processes that support the respective divisions and business units.
Act as an HR interface between the management and the employees of the respective divisions and business units and demonstrate key HR behaviors and values.
Responsible for managing the training, coordination and delivery of development activities within assigned remit (Nationals in Kuwait).

Provide necessary steps for allocating annual marketing and franchise costs budget as per

Provide proper management for making schedules as well as production of marketing materials as per annual planned marketing calendar.
Supply necessary marketing information at many vital conferences.
Communicate with Marketing, Category & Operations to deliver Marketing programs as required.
Liaise with internal & external support teams to deliver marketing programs in a timely & efficient manner and within budget.
Manage external relationships including all media & third party suppliers to ensure events are carried out efficiently.
Guide supporting team to deliver Marketing programs, deliver feedback on budgets according to Business Plans & make recommendations.
Support Marketing and Operations to ensure that the brand building events, sales campaigns & various media advertising are delivered with Marketing expertise, creativity, quality standards & optimal cost.
Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders & ensure adherence to agreed procedures, cost agreements & service levels.
Develop & maintain weekly/monthly & yearly Marketing calendars.
Manage media booking/ assessment, rate negotiations & recommendation of all new media opportunities, creative briefs, POSM Production and radio commercials production.
Arabization, development & quality control of key communication packages to all outlets and
third parties.
Monitoring & reporting of competitive activity and in effect conceive & implement appropriate promotional activity.
Support corporate marketing activities i.e. Alshaya web site, gift vouchers and loyalty programs, corporate campaigns and commercial strategic alliances.
Carries out and coordinates in-house creation and execution of design, development, print and presentation for the various artwork and advertising material, ensuring that material is distributed and displayed appropriately.
Compiling regular review reports, trackers and presentations for the company.
Routing and guiding all internal and external inquiries documentation and contacts to appropriate parties.
Analysis of key performances and trends to discuss at all levels of the business.
