Senior Implementation and mobilization project manager, transitioning to overall site manager with full P&L accountability for the Integrated Facilities Management Services contract at The Wave, Muscat - www.thewavemuscat.com

I mobilized and managed a team of 200 staff exclusively providing the full range of MEP, Landscaping, Cleaning, Pest Control, Security and community Liaison, help-desk, commercial and Management Services across this 2.5 million m2 complex.

The Wave, Muscat is the Sultanate’s premier lifestyle destination and is a unique public-private venture between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Properties.

Spread along a stunning 6km stretch of Muscat’s coastline, this world-class mixed-use community comprises luxury residential properties, 6000m2 retail mall and dining facilities and Oman’s only signature designed PGA Standard 18 hole links golf course, designed by Greg Norman.
