1. Design landscape & automatic irrigation system, as required.
2. Study the contract specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents for the project.
3. Prepare all the necessary documents prior, during, and after completion of installation works until final handing over of the project.
4. Prepare program of works and manpower requirements for the project.
5. Prepare procurement schedule of materials, etc. for the project.
6. Coordinate the progress of works to concern parties.
7. Recommends changes on design/materials, as required.
8. Ensure that works are executed as per specifications or approved standards.
9. Conduct Testing & Commissioning on the Irrigation System.
10. Ensure that Completion Certificate is issued by the concern parties after successful handing over of the project.
11. Provide cost estimates for a certain project, as required.
