-Supervises all the day to day activities of the section -in relation to all the banking transactions
- Handles all complains of the clients
-Works as a bridge between the clerk staff and the directors Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
• Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.

• Prepares and process Quotation and Service Agreement.
• Maintains records, prepares reports and performs work processing assignments and related clerical duties.
• Performs customer verification.
• Updates the information of new Customers on Oracle.
• Records details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
• Ensures quality & safety within function/ tasks performed.
• Responsible for exercising due diligence towards the environment, health & safety of self & others in the organization
