Responsible for daily maintenance of equipment’s and inspection.
Costing and Breakdown analyzing of Own Equipment’s.
Monitoring of Hire equipment.
Responsible for attending breakdown of equipment’s on war basis.
Responsible for preventive maintenance as per manufacturer’s specifications and scheduled programmed.
Responsible for spare parts management and their inventory level minimum and maximum fixing.
Responsible for implementation and planning of PPM’S and development of qualified local vendor.
Responsible for submitting monthly reports, maintain logbooks, and minimize wastage of oil and lubricants.
Monitoring equipment health and cost analysis by implement ERP package called “System Management and reporting tool” software.
Responsible for co-ordination with execution team for smooth operation of project.
