• Supervising and monitoring all accounting operations.
• Preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheet, statements (Payable & Receivable) and ageing analysis.
• Checking the Reliability, Accuracy of the Accounting Records as (IFRS) International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Prepare LC & LG bank document, reporting for Sub-contractor accounts and supplier reconciliation.
• Maintaining good relations with banks.
• Monitoring the extension and control of credit and collections.
• Calculate the leave Pay & Gratuity for all daily & monthly wages.
• Recommending improvements in accounting procedures formats, policy regulations and cost control.
• Coordinating with the auditing company and checking audit reports.
• Act as liaison for External Auditors, ensuring all required schedules are available on a timely basis.
• Document Controller for all Documents work performed in the files.
• Full experience with all accounting programs (E. R. P) & (E.PROMISE).
• Ensure timely reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts (Debtor and Creditor).
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and payments by verifying documentation.
• Inputting of supplier invoices and employee expense claims to the ledgers.
• Prepares asset, liability, capital account entries by analyzing account information.and depreciation journals.
• Full experience with all accounting programs (E. R. P) & (E.PROMISE).
• Calculate the leave Pay & Gratuity for all daily & monthly wages.
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
