• Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing pillars such as Push marketing, Pull Marketing, Log-term Marketing and Retention Marketing.
• Evaluate customer journey of the personas and implement different strategies for Top funnel, Mid Funnel and Bottom Funnel.
• Develop inbound marketing strategies and action items through various channel.
• Planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, and services on across all the channels including Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, Email campaigns, Drip Campaigns and Landing pages etc.
• Measuring, reporting, and acting on findings to continually improve performance, including CRO on Campaign level, Keyword level, Websites, Emails, and Lead Gen Landing pages.
• Identify, Evaluate and Implement A/B testing on Websites, landing pages and Emails for the better return.
• Qualified sales and marketing lead nurturing through the CRM and support the sales team to perform the pipeline process to make the leads to deal.
• Evaluate key performance metrics that affect our campaign, website traffic, service quotas, target audience and ROI.
• Develop SEO strategies, planning, content suggestion, action items and implementation.
• Plan and manage social media platforms.
• Identify the latest trends, technologies and analyzing metrics that affecting our industry.
• Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Perform competitor analysis on different aspects.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Platform knowledge: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Marketing to Sales CRM ActiveCampaign and HubSpot, Moz SEO tool, Hootsuite Social Media automation Tool, ConvertFlow CRO and CTA platform, Hotjar for website insight, Zapier automation workflow and Google studio for the reports.
• Experience in developing and managing CMS systems like WordPress and Drupal. E-commerce platform management experience in WooCommerce and Magento. Project development experience in Laravel and CodeIgniter in PHP framework. Webpack, JavaScript, SCSS and HTML experience etc.
• Generate digital reports on campaign/monthly basis.
• Analyzing the client requirements and providing input to the development and associated execution plans of projects.
• Develop Websites, Microsites, Landing pages, Facebook apps for major clients such as Microsoft, Colgate, Harman House, and Nokia etc...
• Develop and Maintain E-commerce websites for clients.
• Develop email campaigns and landing pages for Microsoft as per their brand guideline.
• Develop and Maintain newspaper portal.
• Perform SEO.
• Measure and analyze the portal using Google Analytics.
• Develop web projects using different web development tools.
• Support existing projects.
• Learn new web technologies.
