1. Quality Assessment & Quality Control
* Preparation of project quality plan with reference to company management structure & contract requirements.
* Preparation of ITP & check list.
* Introduced document control software’s for real time & easy access during works. Well versed with acronex & PM web

* Coordinating with site engineers for site work inspection & arranging look ahead & review weekly meetings with site

* To conduct preliminary surveys, setting out works, handling over the site & supervising contractor’s engineers to work
according to the plans and specifications in the contract.
* Control contractor’s performance by verifying daily progressive reports on materials, manpower input, completed
activities, work procedures & keeping project schedule in conformance with the technical requirements, specifications
and contractual obligations.
* Site work inspection and follow-up through work inspection request and visits.
* Testing of materials used in construction activities based on the code of practice in periodical intervals as per the
conditions made in the contract & review of shop drawings submitted by the contractors for construction contracts.
* Coordinating with design engineers for any structural changes made in the shop drawings as per site conditions.
* To ensure rebar’s laid considering seismic design for Zone III, Trivandrum city & structural rigidity parameters not
being violated considering max shear & moment areas in the structure, to supervise & inspect during concreting.
* To conduct post concreting inspection for any deviation from standard & drawings.
* Review of monthly quality performance and documentation to the client.
* Recording measurements and preparation of contractors running account bills & E- bills based on the bill of quantities
