Audit and process logistics vendor invoices, in timely manner, in compliance with company policies, procedures and local/US laws.

Daily communication with the finance and logistics departments in assigned countries.
Generate metrics and reports as required by management.
Perform accruals at the end of the month
Maintains and retains logs and files, including all the relevant support documents, for all invoices received from vendors.

Issuing medical and life policies.
Issuing invoices, debit and credit notes.
Amending policies such as additions and deletions endorsements.
Underwriting authority for medical policies with MEDNET Company.
Studying group and individual applications.
Answering and illustrating clients’ inquiries as part of customer service duties.
• Researching and recruiting volunteers for particular roles with the Centre for Newcomers.
• Enquiries from prospective participants in volunteer led initiatives such as English as a Second Language training, computer literacy and tax preparation clinics.
• Updating the volunteer database and binders.
• Help coordinating English and Computer classes for the immigrants and refugees.
• Researching and providing information critical to the funder reporting for the Volunteer Development program.
• Presentation on the Centre for Newcomers and volunteerism at volunteer information/orientation sessions.
• Providing interim coordination of the volunteer program when the coordinator was unavailable.
• Providing support to the settlement department of the Centre for Newcomers.
