Responsible for forecasting sales and completing sales reports. Tasked with hiring, training, motivating and monitoring the sales team and sales support staff. Also dealt with customer complaints and worked in conjunction with the sales people to close and negotiate vehicle purchases. Possess strong leadership qualities and a solid sales insight.
Evaluation, negotiation, price fixation and resale of used cars. Evaluation of cars includes a check-list of 120 points, which make the customer feel more professional. After negotiation and fixation of price, take the car in to stock and refurbish the same for resale.
Responsible for providing quality support service to TDY squadrons of Air Force, Army & Navy rotations for Middle East countries under strict Quality Assurance (QA) standards and to meet any short notice alerts. Leading & coordinating the team of ground handling work force in Marshalling, Fleet, Ramp, Cargo service, Passenger service, Load planning and Air Terminal Operations.
Oversee every functional area to ensure a cost effective and safe turnaround of flights as per QA standards.
Responsible to represent the squadron schedule meeting and raising the requirement of inland air movement depends on the backlog of passengers and cargo.
Responsible to maintain the health and safety of all staff engaged in the entire operations as per the QA norms.
Accountable for the management and supervision of ramp service activities including the loading, un-loading and transportation of baggage, cargo and mail, transfer of cargo to and from aircraft.
Manage the effective and optimum utilization of ramp services equipment to meet operational requirements, maintaining close working relations with the military technical services department to ensure on time servicing and maintenance of equipments and prompt release back into operations.
Responsible for maintaining close working relationships with representatives of USAF, Saudi AF, Airport Safety, Airport Authorities, Saudi Customs, US Security Police, Saudi Police, and other contractors as required to ensure that all parties are informed of changes in handling procedures.
