Accountable for the development of Quality Assurance System and related objectives into compliance from raw material up to finished product for 2 Aquafina Bottle Water Plants, 6 Pepsi Cola Soft Drinks Plants and 3 Tetra Pack Fruit Juices Plants.
•Build knowledge and share technical expertise in the area of Fruit Juice based ingredients and applications; incorporate into a Recipe development plan as per Market demand. Manage new Juice recipe development for Tetra Pack Plant till best Quality is achieved.
•Involved in the management of major R. O. Water Treatment Plants with 200 M3 /Hr capacity and Water Coagulation Treatment Plants Operations, Solved Process and critical quality issues with design modification of the Plant.
•Reviewed Company’s EMS in the light of Regulatory Agencies /Government guidelines and International Standard Organizations like AIB, HACCP and Pepsi Co. etc.
•Ensured that applicable Environmental laws and regulations complies, Monitor CO2, Ozone and Ammonia gases to manage all operations in a way that Safety and Environmental Health must not be compromised.

•Involved in the PET Bottles Quality Production, along with Quality Control and Development of relevant in coming Raw Material with the Production capacity of 60 Million Cases/Year.
• Provide Technical support to Solved Operational issues with optimization of Production Line Efficiencies

Established and Managed Quality Control Department to maintain Physical, Chemical, Biological and Microbiological Quality criteria for Drinking Bottled Water and Fruit Juices.
•Monitored and controlled Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plants Operations. Responsible for the Maintaining and improving quality of HDP, PET and PS plastic containers.
•Monitored and controlled quality of Air Production unit as per OSHA limits and plant Waste Water quality as per local regulations and checking reports to ensure that workers Health, Safety and Environment laws are met as per local regulations, resolved problem if necessary.

Performed Physico-Chemical evaluation of experimental water bodies and Bio-Chemical estimation of Aquatic Biota with reference to Fish & Prawn cultured in Controlled & Polluted Water Bodies.

Study-To Preserve Environment Health, Study was done on Physical, Chemical, Biological & Microbiological impacts on the treatment process of Municipal Waste Water Oxidation Ponds treatment system with reference to Controlled Water. Bio-Chemical Reclamation of Waste Water. Positive & Negative Impacts of Nutrients & Toxicants on Aquatic Biota with reference to the Fish Production in same Controlled & Oxidation Ponds along with Biochemical alteration in Algae & Fishes
