 Manage the management information system capacity building profile including training, knowledge transfer, assessment and evaluation.
 Conduct technical and business specific training for CSO's include but not limited to: MS project, MS Access, MIS fundamentals for Civil Society, e-learning fundamentals, Information risk assessment/analysis and data analysis
 Assist CSO is on establishing IT/IS unit with regard to job description, duties, work plan and budgeting.
 Responsible of developing ICT projects including different main tasks such as ( defining project scope, tendering,
system/gap analysis, Acceptance test, piloting, training, installation, reporting and project completion.
 Manage four Permanent ICT team plus two Temporary ICT consultant and four ICT subcontractors.
 Conduct training workshops for M&E Data Analysis.
 Conduct training workshops for MIS and database application development
 Provide technical assistance on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) the information management for more than 30 CSOs along Egypt.
