- Monitor all parameters .
- Summarize all activities/events that took place during his shift in the log book.
- Familiar with plant P&IDs, Work instructions, Operation and control logics as well as the emergency operation procedures and any other related documents.
- Follow the instructions of the Shift In Charge and coordinate with other Operators in regard to all activities. - Establish a preventative maintenance program
- Root cause Analyze from DCS and field
- Support CCR line-up unit
- Operation and processing of chemical preparations for the Co2 plant - Operate the Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce optimum quality, potable water
- Inspect, service components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and valves - Prepare work orders for servicing and repairs - Inspect the treatment plant systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operations
- Maintain plant records
- Check chemical levels and refill or replace containers
- Will assist in minor maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Preventive and routine maintenance activities for rotary and stationary equipment’s i.e. centrifugal pumps, compressors, Ultra Filtration and RO.
• permits issuer
• Request replacement parts and request support services when needed.
• Work as team member in replacement of UF and RO membranes.
• Follow the daily work of all departments to avoid delay.
Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary. Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
