Playing a vital role in planning and establishing international Joint Venture partnership through a variety of strategies to support the growth and expansion of the organization.

Planning: My main plan is to be involved through my organization in the Qatar Mega projects by establishing a joint venture partnership with the big international companies where we can easily do the work whatever it’s big.

Staffing: Recruitment of the staff is one of my important duties. I involved in the hiring process. I used to hire well-experienced and efficient managers for handling the operations of individual practices in a company. Also, I was training, guiding and assisting the newly hired process managers, regarding handling daily processes and employee performance. I was trying to retain the efficient employees as training the new recruits for the same profile is an additional expense for the company.

Cost Reduction: I was recognizing the areas where cost reduction can be done. Where these areas need to be identified and necessary action must be taken. Also, I initiated process and program improvement projects.

Purchase Deals: I represented the management in purchase negotiations; third party or in-house. All the decisions that are taken in the negotiations had been reported to the top management.

Business Strategies: Conduct presentations to the higher management pertaining to business, marketing, and advertising strategies, and all other necessary aspects of the company processes. I also conduct quarterly, semiannual and yearly general meetings for presenting the profits, gains and achievements of the company.

Functional Analysis: As I oversee all processes, I used to pay minute attention to monthly or quarterly functioning of each individual practices. I was responsible for proper functioning of my company.

Duties: Primarily responsible for achieving the goals and ambitions of the organization. Ensure that all processes and practices are working in a proper manner. Funds Management: I was responsible for projects undertaken by myself. I had the authority of allocating funds to the projects. I used to be a part of financial budget allocation meetings. The current financial status review is also my responsibility.

Knowledge Upgrade: Keeping me updated with the latest market trends is of utmost importance. I was searching the current market conditions. For achieving this, I attended workshops and seminars to increase my knowledge. My organization conduct regularly updates its programs.

Policy Formulation: Being the head of the team, I was responsible for the policies and procedures followed by the team. In case the existing policies lack certain key aspects or are outdated, it is my duty to establish new policies and adhere to them.
